GRADUATE STUDENT AWARDS
The winners of the "Rendigs Fels Award for Graduate Excellence" for the academic year of 2011-12 are Ayse Sapci (in the photo with DGS Kevin Huang) and Sunghoon Hong. The award is presented annually in honor of Professor Rendig Fels, at a ceremony held by the Economics Department with the staff, faculty, graduate students and teaching assistants all in attendance. Ruixuan Liu, Nam Tuan Vu, Li Zhao and Benjamin Ward are the recipients of the 2012 Kirk Dornbush Summer Research Grants from the Department of Economics. Congratulations and may you have a productive summer!

With support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Department of Economics at Vanderbilt University will recruit new Ph.D. students whose research interests include health and health policy.
